I'll be honest, I have slacked since that great run. Thursday I had class all day, so that was my excuse. Friday..well I can't remember what my excuse was. Saturday I went to kickboxing, and sunday I was SO sore from kickboxing, I could barely get out of bed to make it to church on time ( daylight savings didnt help much, either). But today, it is 70 degrees outside. NO EXCUSES! I plan on running 3 miles tonight, since I am still a little sore from saturday ( however, I can already tell that class is definatley going to get me in shape!).
There are 12 days until the 10k. Now I am confident I can do the entire thing. I'm still not going to worry about my timing. I'm just going to go out there and DO IT.
